Shipping policy
- Our orders are processed within 1-3 working days.
- Only if stocks are available we may process orders on the same day.
- If orders take longer than usual to process. We will inform you ahead to make the necessary arrangements.
- Once the order is ready you will be contacted by our delivery line to arrange for either delivery or pickup.
- Payment details will be sent on the day of delivery/pickup including the delivery fee (if applicable)
- Delivery is done via Lalamove or Last Mile.
- Delivery via Lalamove will be made according to customers' preferred time according to Lalamove's rates
- Delivery via Last Mile will be made on the requested date with no set time between 11 am to approximately 7 pm. The delivery fee is as below:
